کلیسای سنت پیِرِ فرمینی ـ لوکوربوزیه-Eglise Saint-Pierre de Firminy-Vert

ساخت وساز کلیسای طراحی شده بوسیله ی لوکوربوزیه در شهر فرمینی(Firminy) فرانسه، در سالهای 1970، تنها با پیشرفتی در حد فونداسیون و ساخت مربعِ مبنا، متوقف شد. این پروژه بدلیل مناقشات سیاسی از سال 1975 تا 2003 متوقف ماند، سالی که حکومت محلی اعلام کرد؛ بتن پوسیده ی آن یک` میراث معمارانه` را از بین می برد و برای تکمیل آن تهیه ی بودجه کرد. شاگرد سابق لوکوربوزیه؛ ژوزه اُبریِر(José Oubrerie)، فردی که در ابتدا بر روی این طرح در آتلیه ی او کار می کرد، این کلیسا را در سال 2006 به اتمام رساند و از آنجایی که تمام پلان ها گم شده بود؛ او می بایست با تصاویر قدیمی، مدل ها و اسکچ ها کار را به سرانجام می رساند.

شکوفایی؛ بازتدقیق سایه بان از دوریس سونگ

آخرین سازه معمار ساکن لوس آنجلس دوریس سونگ با نام "شکوفه" با 6 متر ارتفاع ، از پوسته فلزی ساخته شده که به گرمای خورشید واکنش نشان می دهد . پروژه برج سایبان دارای کنده کاری هایی بر روی یک حجم توبولار در فضای باز است و توسط یک سیستم از پانل های سلولی خود سازمان یافته از ورق های فلزی با برش لیزری پشتیبانی می شود . بر اساس تحقیقات انجام شده توسط سونگ و همکارش ، این پروژه به بررسی احتمالات پسخگویی حرارتی سطوح فلزی می پردازد که به هردو حرارت جوی و قرار گرفتن در معرض مستقیم نور خورشید واکنش نشان میدهد . هنگامی که هوا سرد است پانل ها به هم نزدیک شده تا یک سازه مانند جسم جامد را ارائه دهند و هرچه هوا گرمتر شود ، هرکدام از اجزای فلزی به منظور تسهیل در جریان هوا تنظیم شده و پهن می شوند و پتانسیل فضای سایبان را افزایش می دهد . پروژه شکوفه ، این تصور از سطوح در حال حاضر حاکم در عرصه معماری را به چالش کشیده و بسط می دهد .

برنو زوی و بازتدقیق معماری مدرن

نزدیکی و علاقه ی فراوان باستان شناسان به موضوعات متن شناختی بسیار ارزنده و تحسین برانگیز است ، اما آنان معمولا نمی توانند به تالیفی از مطالب گذشته دست زنند تا نقشی محرک و برانگیزنده در مردم داشته باشد. معمارانی که به حرف خود عشق می ورزند، از نارسایی بناهای کنونی رنج می برند، اما امروزه بخش عظیمی از آن ها دارای آن فرهنگی نیستند که قادر باشند معماری را در جایگاه واقعی اش قرار دهند. فرهنگ معماران مدرن بیشتر در حد یک مشاجره ی خبری است . اینان در مبارزه بر ضد آکادمیسم کاذب و گرته برداری ناروا، اغلب نااگاهانه بی علاقگی خود را نسبت به کارهای اصیل گذشته اعلام می کنند و بدین ترتیب، انصراف خود را از چنین عنصر هدایت کننده و زنده و پایداری ابراز می دارند . در حالی که بدون توجه به آثار گذشته، هیچ موضوع جدید ِ پیشرویی در فرهنگ معماری گسترش نخواهد یافت . این جا تنها سخن از " فرانک لوید رایت " و از دلخوری اش از " رنسانس " ایتالیا در میان نیست . از نابغه انتظار همه چیز می رود، به خصوص انتقادهای غیر واقعی . همین طور فرهنگ گروی " لوکوربوزیه "حاصل چنین نگاهی سطحی نسبت به دوران های مختلف تاریخ معماری به جای یک نوسازی انتقادی و پربار، تنها تجربه ای پر زرق و برق و روشنفکرانه خواهد بود . چشم هایی که زیبایی فرم های خالص را نمی بینند، امروزه قادر به دیدن نیستند و درس های معماری سنتی را هم درک نمی کنند . بنابراین، کارهای زیادی در پیش است . این وظیفه ی دومین نسل معماران مدرن است تا با یک بار مواجهه شدن با شکست روانی در تولیت جنبش کارکردگرایانه نظمی فرهنگی برقرار کنند . اکنون زمان خودنمایی و چیزهای تازه و تظاهر به پیشگام بودن سپری شده است . معماری مدرن بیش از هر چیز، با بازنگری و تجدید نظر ِ انتقادی به چنین فرهنگی می تواند به فرهنگ مدرن قدم بردارد. روشن است که فرهنگ " ارگانیک " با تمامی تلاش خود در ارائه ی ریشه ی تاریخی به انسان مدرن گمشده و بی ریشه کمک می کند تا نیازهای فردی و اجتماعی او را که امروزه به صورت تضاد بین آزادی و داشتن برنامه و تضاد بین فرهنگ و عمل تجلی شده است،برآورده سازد و او را به گذشته و به ویژه به تاریخ معماری بازگرداند . این فرهنگ نمی تواند دو معیار متفاوت در قضاوت نسبت به معماری مدرن و معماری سنتی را اختیار کند . زمانی قادر خواهیم بود قدمی مطمئن در راستای چنین فرهنگی به جلو برداریم که معماری عصر حاضر را با همان معیارهای معماری قرون گذشته بسنجیم .

	ساخت و ساز رستوران tori-tori در پُلانکو در نزدیکی مکزیکوسیتی با همکاری شرکت مکزیکی معماران روجکیند و استودیو esrawe به اتمام رسید . نمای روت شده CNC که مانند پیچک های درهم تنیده شدۀ در حال پیدایش از دل زمین می مانند ، به شکل منحنی و موجدار برای ایجاد یک اثر پویا با دو لایه فولادی به نظر می رسند . تراس بیرونی به مهمانان اجازه می دهد تا در میان پوشش گیاهی طبیعی به خوردن و آشامیدن بپردازند در حالی که مبلمان ها به طور خاص برای داشتن یک تجربه غذاخوری راحت و آسوده طراحی شده اند . مجموعه کاملی از میز و صندلی به منظور ارتقاء هر فضای داخلی با مرتبط کردن آنها با جو و عملکرد ، ایجاد شده .

This modern patio home architecture is contemporary yet cozy – not an easy combination to do right. Marcio Kogan of Brazil architecture firm Studio MK27 created this patio house design to bring nature indoors on a whole new level. The courtyard house opens to the outdoors for a sense of boundlessness, but elements like concrete ceilings up the cozy factor. The Scholar’s Library in Olive Bridge, New York by local architecture firm Gluck & Partners is an unusual raised house plan surrounded by lush, leafy woods. This simple but striking space sits perched among the treetops, with a study space enclosed in windows at the top, and the actual library – housing approximately 10,000 books – tucked in the windowless area below.
